Description | The Republic of Nauru has signed a memorandum of understanding with Smart Commercial Energy (SCE) to develop an 18 MW solar farm and a 40 MWh battery energy storage system. The project aims to reduce Nauru's dependence on imported diesel fuel, improve energy security, and provide cleaner and more affordable electricity.
