Description

Navayuga Dichpally Tollway Pvt Ltd was created to implement the expansion to four lanes of 60.25 kms in the Armur - Adloor Yellareddy stetch from Km 308.000 (Armur) to Km 367.000 (Adloor Yellareddy) of Nagpur-Hyderabad section on NH-7 in the State of Andhra Pradesh. The National Highway Authority awarded the project to Navayuga Dichpally Tollway Pvt Ltd on design, build, finance, Operate and transfer (the "DBFOT") TOLL basis under NHDP Phase-II in May 2009. The concesion was for 20 years. Bids were invited for the Project on the basis of the lowest financial grant (the "Grant") required by a Bidder for implementing the Project. Navayuga Dichpally Tollway Pvt Ltd was formed by Navayuga Engineering Company and KPCL. The project cost was estimated to be INR 3905.6 million(US$85.4 million).Financial close was on 30 Jan 2010. Financing comprised Rs1.96bn 14-year 6-months term loan arranged by Axis Bank. There was no public information on the amount of the viability gap funding granted to the project.
