There are plans to accelerate expansion with a second FPSO adding 125,000 barrels per day. Upgrades to FPSO Aoka Mizu have been relocated from the Middle East to Asia, adding $45 million to the budget. Development work including dock and shore base preparation, worker housing, and infrastructure construction is underway, with drilling scheduled to start in early 2027 and first oil expected in the first half of 2028. |
