Description | This project consists of upgrading an arena that is leased long-term by the Municipality of Neguac. The Sportplex is presently in poor condition and in need of major renovations to allow regional communities to continue to access the building and participate in sporting and cultural activities offered by the arena. Project work and renovations include installing a new roof membrane; insulating the exterior walls; improving the drainage system; replacing all doors; updating the electrical system; lights and alarm system; installing a ventilator system; adding an entrance vestibule to the mechanical room; and other necessary renovations. |
