Description

Description

The aim of the project is to improve relations within the scope of EUREGIO EGRENSIS in the Bavarian-Czech border area through the promotion of numerous small projects whose implementation will contribute to the expansion of the cross-border cooperation platform and the removal of intellectual barriers, under Priority Axis 4, IP 11b. The content of the project is the implementation of the MRP Fund (funding of small projects and management of the MRP fund). The MRP fund mainly supports cross-border people-to-people projects. Through encounters and cooperation between people on both sides of the border, the objectives described above are to be achieved. The specific conditions and funding content are described in the Guidelines for Applicants (in the Czech Republic) and in the Guidelines for Applicants (in Bavaria). The management of the MRP Fund shall include the following activities: Consultations, information, public relations, acceptance and processing of applications, preparation for the decision of the Regional Steering Committee on funding, conclusion of funding contracts (CZ) or grant decisions (BY), monitoring/on-the-spot checks, receipt of settlement documents on implemented projects, settlement for the national authority and managing authority, payment of funding. Target groups are public authorities and bodies of the public administration, as well as institutions established and established by them, educational institutions, schools, associations, business associations and professional associations, chambers, non-governmental non-governmental organisations, European associations for territorial cooperation. Targeted project projects enable the elimination of development deficits along the border as well as across the border. These shortcomings include the peripherality of the region, still different legal systems, economic, cultural and linguistic differences, some of which are difficult common history, stereotypes and prejudices. The creation of a common identity shall also be further developed on the basis of cross-border communication and cooperation.
