The cultural offer stops at the border. To fill this gap and build a common cross-border identity, the partners cooperate in the artistic field pooling skills and equipment. To encourage the residents of the area to cross the border, they highlight the cultural richness of the area in communication actions. Finally, their goal is to remove the language barrier and minimise the border effect. The project improves the mobility between the two regions and enhances the flow of visitors. |
