Description
Description | Neptune Towers is a 758,600-square-foot development in Brooklyn comprising three residential towers and 499 apartments. The project implemented factory-calibrated Constant Airflow Regulators (CAR) at every exhaust and supply air branch to maintain design airflow without electronic controls. The HVAC system also includes 582 Variable Refrigerant Flow indoor units and 527 condensers, coordinated with 3D building information modeling. This passive ventilation approach achieved a 25% reduction in HVAC energy waste, LEED Silver certification, and compliance with New York City's carbon emission limits. |
