Description | Nevados has developed an articulating solar tracker system capable of handling slopes up to 37%, designed for deployment on challenging, uneven terrain without the need for expensive and environmentally harmful grading. The system uses a modular bay design with segmented torque tubes and articulating couplers at each pile, allowing precise matching to the site's topography. Nevados also developed bespoke digital design software with proprietary algorithms to optimize tracker rotation schedules and layout design for terrain-conforming installations, maximizing energy production and minimizing shading losses. |
