The Development of an Accessibility Plan for Corner Brook Transit - Planning project (the Project) will improve the accessibility of Corner Brook Transit for all passengers. This will be achieved by developing an Accessibility Plan that outlines actions to remove barriers and improve accessibility across the system, including vehicles, stops, shelters, facilities, communication and driver/customer service training. The plan will also include a definition of "accessible" and will conduct an inventory of stops with an accessibility lens. As a planning project, the Project will support the eventual constitution of a capital infrastructure project that would improve access to public transit and improve capacity of public transit infrastructure.
