The project involves the development of a new 35,000-seat multi-purpose Aloha Stadium Entertainment District (NASED), and integrated entertainment district in Honolulu, Hawaii, USA.Phase 1 will be divided into 2 stages:Phase 1A Project: This involves the design, construction, financing, and maintenance of a new 35,000-seat stadium. It also includes the development of a minimum prescribed surrounding area with necessary infrastructure such as roadways, parking facilities, public spaces, and required utility modifications. Additionally, this project includes the demolition of the existing Aloha Stadium and the redevelopment of that portion of the site; andPhase 1B Project: This focuses on the development, operation, and commercialization of specific functions within the project, such as retail and commercial activities.
