New Amritsar Township Development by Omaxe Ltd

Omaxe Ltd has acquired 260 acres of land in Amritsar to develop a new township. The initial phase involves developing 127 acres with an investment exceeding Rs 1,000 crore. The project includes residential plots of 300, 500, and 1000 square yards, backed by RERA registration and necessary approvals. The master plan integrates commercial spaces, a school, a clubhouse, and community infrastructure. The first phase is expected to be completed in approximately four years. The township is strategically located 12 minutes from the Golden Temple and will include a hotel. The project benefits from regional infrastructure advancements such as the upcoming Nakodar-Amritsar branch of the Delhi-Amritsar-Katra Expressway, expected to reduce travel times to Delhi and Jammu by 2026.
