The concession period is 30 years, with an up to 20-year extension option. The water demand, based on projections for New Clark City, is estimated at 200,000 cubic meters/day by the end of the concession period. The wastewater infrastructure component will include sewage treatment plants with capacity to treat around 150,000 cubic meters/day by the end of the concession period. |
