Description | In December 2015, a consortium of a private Shanghai based company Sun Vision Capital and a SOE, CSCEC first Bureau won a bid to finance and operate the New G230 Tongwu Highway Kaifeng-Weishi Section in Henan Province. The total investment was US$ 296.77 million (RMB 1940 million) and the consortium had a 90% stake in the project. Construction commenced in January 2016. The concession term was 17 years including 2 years of construction period. The highway, also called Kaigang Road, had a length of 57.3 km. It linked Kaifeng City to the Airport Economic Experimental Zone of Zhengzhou, cross three counties. |
