The project involves the development of a new harbor in Shkodra, Albania.The Harbor will have approximate dimensions of 60 m in length and 20 m in width, allowing for the berthing of navigation vessels up to 15 m in length, which falls within the range of boat Class 3. It features a floating platform that ensures convenient access to the boats, and it is connected to the shore by means of an articulated footbridge.The scope of work includes the rehabilitation of the existing harbor, which includes partial demolition to remove old concrete and subsequent reconstruction. This also includes the construction of structures with piles for contouring the pier. The work involves various tasks such as preparation, drilling, anchoring, placement, and reinforcement of piles, as well as the installation of beams on the piles, including tiling and wall lighting. Additionally, the project includes the supply and installation of floating elements.
