The city will span 358 villages with around 4,000 hectares of land acquisition planned. Development will be phased, starting with 2,000 to 4,000 hectares. A private consulting firm will prepare the master plan including transport, water supply, healthcare, education, and IT infrastructure. The city will have a direct link to Noida via the Yamuna Expressway, attracting industrial investment and generating employment. The project is expected to be fully developed by 2041. |
