New Horizons Leadership Programme (NHLP) is a Baltic-Nordic collaboration with European Dimension investing in emerging leadership specialised in circus arts. It brings together national level organisations across the Baltic, Nordic and European countries to support emerging leadership, invest in the future capacity, provide open access innovative and forward-thinking capacity building experiences for cultural operators and citizens whilst bringing communities together to learn, share best practise and be inspired. The project engages 10 lead fellow artist and producers to lead the emerging perspective on leadership into the future and to collaborate on producing two international forums, 10 digital seminars on cross-cutting areas and takes part in a 3 week shadowing experience in another country in order to evaluate and develop a diversity of best practise thinking around the future of leadership in culture and circus arts in the coming years.
