It is an innovative technology that joins all pieces into a mould in few seconds (The current industry process joins pieces one by one on an assembly line), simplifying the curreThe 3DBONDING technology consists in the injection of polyurethane in a system of channels designed in a silicone spine that is introduced in an injection matrix where all the pieces of the shoe are prepared to be joined. It is a system that, adapted to the current industry, reduces the number of footwear manufacturing steps from 70 to 10 with the consequent reduction of labor and material, increased productivity and shoe quality in terms of impermeability, durability and three-dimensional stability, as well as an increase in the possibilities of design and personalization. Given the advantages that 3DBONDING offers to the sector, potential clients are collaborating in the development of technology, as well as technological partners that offer material and machinery to continue with the design of the system. To scale and its implementation in a pilot plant that will serve to advance in the footwear segments (security, professional) where the technology is easier and more cost-effective to implement. The prospects of the project are very high considering the high possibilities offered by bringing industry 4.0 to reality in different sectors such as footwear and the automobile.
