Description	A new barrage is proposed jointly by Telangana and Karnataka across the Krishna River to improve irrigation facilities, drinking water access, and transport connectivity in border regions. The barrage is planned between Kolpur village in Telangana and Korthkunda village in Karnataka with a storage capacity of around two TMC.
