Description

Description

The project involves structuring a Public-Private Partnership (PPP) for the long-term operation and maintenance of the new Luis N. Sáenz National Police Hospital in Peru. Led by PROINVERSIÓN on behalf of the Ministry of the Interior, the initiative focuses on ensuring the hospital’s operational sustainability through the management of non-clinical support services, often referred to as “gray coat” services. These include the maintenance of hospital infrastructure and medical equipment, equipment replacement and technological upgrades, cleaning and biosafety services, food services, waste management, and other essential operational functions. By engaging a private partner to manage these services, the project aims to maintain high-quality healthcare facilities, improve efficiency, and guarantee uninterrupted service delivery for more than 700,000 police officers, retirees, and their families who depend on the hospital.
