Description | The project consists of replacing watermain and sewermain on a part of New Road in the Town of Pouch Cove. The scope of the project includes installing 125m of water main and 125m of sewer main to replace the existing substandard water line and asbestos cement sewer pipe respectively, and resurfacing 125m road with 100 tonne of Hot Mix Asphalt paving. The project aims to upgrade substandard waterline, as well as upgrading sewer main pipe capacity. This project will benefit the Town of Pouch Cove by increasing access to potable water, as well as increasing the town’s capacity to treat and manage wastewater and stormwater. |
