New Titans Stadium

The new Titans stadium is a $2.2 billion venue located on the East Bank of the Cumberland River next to the current stadium. It is an enclosed venue with a seating capacity of 60,000, designed to enhance fan experience with more comfortable seating, better sight lines, and more luxury suites and premium seating. The stadium is more than 75% complete and scheduled for completion in February 2027, in time for the NFL season. The current Nissan Stadium will be demolished after the new stadium opens, and the old stadium site will be redeveloped into a mixed-use development with affordable housing, restaurants, parks, and retail space. The playing surface will be artificial turf, and the roof will be enclosed but not retractable. The stadium will feature fully cashless, checkout-free concessions powered by Amazon's Just Walk Out technology. Parking will include fewer traditional spaces, with plans for satellite or remote parking and alternative transit options. Tennessee Builders Alliance is the construction manager for the project, with John Gromos as principal-in-charge.
