Description

The project involves the construction of a new well house and water main to connect the well to the municipal water supply in the Town of Woodstock. The scope of the project includes the construction of a new well house and a 460 meter water transmission main running below the St. John River connecting the new source to the Town’s distribution system. In addition, the scope includes the construction of a pumping station and water treatment plant associated with the previous completed well. The scope of the project also includes the construction of a small septic field and 20 meters of linear wastewater assets to connect the septic field to the well house. The project aims to ensure a reliable water supply to the Town of Woodstock. The project will benefit the community by increasing access to potable water and increasing its capacity to treat and manage wastewater.
