Description | This project includes the development of a trailhead for the Willapa Hills Trail (WHT) at SR 6 in Menlo, Washington, as well as resurfacing, grading, and clearing approximately 3 miles (15,400 feet) of trail. The trailhead will have 14 parking spaces, a kiosk, and a small retaining wall. ADA access will be provided, with one parking stall and a ramp. A 520-foot-long retaining wall, 5.4 feet tall, will be made from ecoblocks. Resurfacing work will require 5,300 cubic yards of crushed rock. |
