The Historic Preservation Commission approved proposed work including window replacement and HVAC installation in February 2024. However, a recent inspection in June 2026 found the building in significant disrepair with fire damage, mold growth, structural deficiencies, and exterior damage, leading to an open dangerous buildings case. The city is reviewing the findings and determining next steps. |
