New/Experimental statistics in the area of Micro Data Linking (MDL), multi-beneficiary grant agreement (MBGA) The project has two main objectives: Producing the tabular out requested for area 1 based on the databases installed in each NSI and produced by each participating NSI running the centrally developed syntax (see Area 2 description below). Developing, testing and implementing harmonised MDL data infrastructure (databases consisting of harmonised variables (naming, labelling and format) and centrally developing syntax to be run by each participating NSI to produce the tabular output requested in Area 1. The syntax will be made available for other NSIs not participating in the consortia either for the production of the requested tabular output in Area 1 or for future MDL projects. The project is a consortia of six NSIs lead by Statistics Denmark. The other participating NSIs are Statistics Finland, Statistics Iceland, Statistics Malta, Statistics Netherlands and Statistics Portugal.
