The 45-megawatt, 240,000-square-foot facility is designed for hyperscale demand and maximum energy efficiency, utilizing high-efficiency air-cooled systems, rooftop HVAC units, and acoustically enclosed generators to limit operational noise and vibration. Amazon Web Services (AWS) will operate and staff the data center, which is built to support AI, cloud, and edge computing with minimal water usage and outside air cooling for 95% of the year. |
