Description | Nguya FLNG is the world's largest domestically built floating liquefied natural gas facility constructed in China. It is 376m long, 60m wide, and 35m deep, with a storage capacity of 180,000 cubic meters for LNG and 45,000 cubic meters for LPG, and an annual production capacity of 2.4 million tons of LNG. Built at the Nantong shipyard in Jiangsu Province, it will operate offshore in the Republic of Congo, stationed 31 miles from Pointe-Noire, connected to the Marine XII block via subsea pipelines. It complements the existing Tango FLNG unit, boosting total liquefaction capacity by 3 million tons and enhancing Africa's gas-processing infrastructure. |
