Nigeria - Indorama Fertilizer & Chemicals Limited - Line III

The project aims to finance the construction of a third urea fertilizer plant to be located on the same premises next to Line I and Line II. This new line (“Line III” or “the Project”) will expand current capacity from 2.8 MMTPA to 4.2 MMTPA. In addition to the construction of the new fertilizer plant, the Project incorporates capital expenditures necessary to expand port operations and pipeline infrastructure to accommodate the increased production capacity. The Project will use the same technology, contractors, engineering, and equipment as Lines I and II, thereby minimizing project execution risks. The Project will also benefit from low gas prices under a long-term gas supply contract with NAOC JV (operated by AGIP), making the Company one of the lowest cost producers of urea worldwide.
