Nigeria - Plateau State Water Supply Project

The proposed project will provide drinking water to the municipalities of Keffi, Akwanga, and Doma, which are the capital cities of the three local governments of the same name. It also includes the extension of the water supply network of the city of Jos-Bukuru, capital of Plateau State, in order to improve the water supply situation in the city. In addition, the project will create favourable working conditions and a solid economic and financial framework for Plateau Utilities Board (PLUB), so that it can operate effectively, support its investments and operate on a cost-recovery basis. The project is scheduled to be implemented over a four (4) year period.
