Following the adoption of the 10-year Strategic Blueprint Publication for the Ministry of Finance Incorporated (MoFI), IFC will provide strategic advice and support to MoFI in implementing its Asset Monetization Program (AMP) for select state-owned assets and place these assets in the market to attract reputable and experienced investors. The key areas of IFC’s support under this Agreement are; 1. Immediate scoping/review of selected assets identified jointly by MoFI and IFC; 2. Categorization, ranking and recommendation of optimized monetization models for the selected assets; 3. Drafting a roadmap for the implementation of the said monetization models for each selected asset (together the “Asset Monetization Roadmap”) 4. Proposing a divestiture plan (where applicable) for various categories of assets; and 5. Engagement at the various sector levels in relation to the Asset Monetization Roadmap.
