The funding is expected from a mix of public-private partnerships, multilateral institutions, and climate finance windows. Specific funding includes $200 million from the Japan International Cooperation Agency, $50 million from repatriated funds with the US Department of Justice, and close to N500 billion in the capital budget for national public sector solarisation, targeting 25 communities in Ondo State. |
