Nigua Free Zone is a free zone park with more than 30 years in the industry that offers business solutions to foreign and local companies. Composed of 27 customizable industrial buildings and in development of an expansion plan. This project is fully financed and has an investment of $5,800,000.00 million dollars. In our expansion plan of 233,000 m2, industrial warehouses will be built according to the needs of the client and/or investor. We are going to develop industrial buildings in more than 20 lots which range from 3,000 m2 to 7,000 m2. We seek to position ourselves in all investor outreach forums to attract them, with the aim of showing our project and offering all the services that we currently have available. The project will prioritize the attraction of foreign companies focused on manufacturing activities with a medium-high technological content, especially the manufacture of medical equipment and electronic components, as well as companies that provide logistics services to handle, mainly, the cargo of the companies established in the area. The purpose is to expand the free zone of Nigua, merge said parcel with the one currently occupied by said free zone, and develop a total of 828,715 square feet of new industrial buildings.
