Description	The project entails the development of a 10MW wind power plant in Sangli District, Maharashtra by Nilgiri Power Pvt Ltd ("Project Company"). Sponsor is NSL Renewable Power. Offtaker is Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Co with a contract period of 13 years. The project is eligible for revenue subsidy under the Generation Based Incentive Scheme in the Wind Power Sector in India. The total project cost is $10 million (INR 666.4 million). Financing comprises of $6.3 million ( INR 420 million) 13-year term loan and $3.7 million (INR 246.4 million) of equity. Sole lender is Central Bank of India, who is also the facility agent.
