Description | Dalian Dongda Group signed an agreement in Sep 2008 with Ning’an Municipal Government to construct a wastewater treatment plant with a capacity of 20,000 cubic meters per day in Ning’an City, Mudanjiang District, Heilongjiang Province. The project was procured via competitive bidding. Dalian Dongda would operate the facility for 30 years before transferring it back to the local government. The total investment was RMB 43 million (US$ 6.15 million), and Dalian Dongda owns 100% of the project. |
