Description | The project will increase access to culture and recreation through the expansion of the multi-use Recreation Centre. Adding capacity will allow for larger cultural and recreational events and activities to occur within the community. The project works include: - Approx. 2,800 sq.ft. second-floor expansion with spectator viewing gallery and additional seating, games room, offices, meeting room, council chamber, elevator and staircases, and mechanical room; - 230-seat retractable bleachers on the main floor; - Water main extension and fire alarm and sprinkler system for the entire building; - Two new washrooms; and, - All related works. |
