Description | The project will rehabilitate the Norseman Community Pool located in Etobicoke, Ontario. The work will include replacement of the roof, structural reinforcement and rehabilitation of the building exterior, mechanical and electrical upgrades to the HVAC system, improvements to the pool tank and deck re-tiling and renovating the change rooms to meet accessibility standards. The project will improve the Norseman Community Pool building by increasing its longevity for use and will increase the accessibility for seniors, families, children and persons with disabilities. |
