Norte is responsible for renovation costs and ongoing use, while the county maintains building ownership and responsibility for envelope and mechanical/electrical/plumbing systems. The county awarded $50,000 in funding through its marijuana grant program for the project. Pump track construction is slated to start in July 2026. |
