Description	The Northeast Expressway Co. Ltd. is engaged in the construction and operation of toll expressways. The company was established in 1998 with the assets of Harda Highway, Changping Highway and a 51% equity interest in Hansong Company, which is also engaged in roads operation (all assets were transferred by the Heilongjiang and the Jilin Provincial Expressway Companies and by the Huajiang Traffic Development Centre). In 1999, the company issued 300 million "A" shares on the Shanghai Stock Exchange (24.73% of the company's shares). A total of US$ 145 million was raised as divestiture revenues. None None
