Coordinate strong motion data and metadata transfer between the regional seismic networks that are part of the ANSS and the NSMN Work with COSMOS on revision of strong motion guideline documents Modernize and improve the Center for Engineering Strong Motion Data (CESMD) Coordinate with staff at the USGS and the California Geological Survey on the standardization of ground motion data processing methods and techniques and the development of a USGS/CGS standard SM processing engine Assist in processing of NSMN and ANSS strong motion data for CESMD Work with new NSMP data center manager to train on USGS data processing systems Work with new NSMP field operations manager to train on field operations standards and techniques and on supervisory duties. Assist with earthquake response coordination Work on geotechnical array operations, data processing, and analysis Participate in the Earthquake Monitoring and Shaking, Damage, and Failure Projects management and training staff as needed
