Nottingham Data Center Project

Businessman Tom Moulton is proposing a data center on a 100-plus acre property on Old Turnpike Road in Nottingham, New Hampshire. The project is currently in the concept stage as Moulton seeks feedback from local officials. The proposed data center would use about 40 acres of the property, which has 60 to 70 usable acres due to wetlands. The area is fairly remote and expected to not interfere with population centers. The project aims to provide more taxes for the town once operational. Moulton does not have any tech firm lined up as a tenant yet and expects to invest tens of millions of dollars to develop the site if the project moves forward.
