The project is undertaken by a special purpose company incorporated in Ukraine. The project is expected to sell its electricity under a corporate power purchase agreement.The Project is expected to be supported by partners of the Economic Resilience Action Program (“ERA Program”) for Ukraine, including the Norwegian Agency for Development Cooperation (“NORAD”), the Government of the French Republic, and the European Commission under the Ukraine Investment Framework (“EC-UIF”), as described in the Blended Finance Section. |
