Description | The project involves the construction and operation of 14 MW Nova Guapore Small Hydroelectric Power Plant located in the municipalities of Pontes e Lacerda and Vale de Sao Domingos, steate of Mato Grosso, Brazil. The sponsor is Polimix Group which will develop the plant via SPV named Nova Guapore Energetica. The total project cost amounts to BRL 126.5 million ($31.11 million), of which BNDES agreed to provide BRL 95 million ($23.37 million). Financial close was reached on 9 January 2020.
