NTT Global Data Centers Tax-Free Colocation Campus
Sector: Road • Location: Hillsboro, Oregon, United States
Source: The Hillsboro Herald
The City of Hillsboro has signed six consecutive five-year tax exemption contracts for the NTT Global Data Centers campus at 6000 NW Jackson School Road. This "rolling" contract strategy staggers the start dates of these contracts decades into the future, effectively bypassing the standard five-year limit of the Enterprise Zone program and securing a tax-free status for the campus through 2051.
