The project entails the construction of a 100 MW solar plant called Nura located in North Kazakhstan. Total investment stands at $ 158 million or 10.18 billion rubles. Sponsor of the project is Hevel Group. Eurasian Development Bank provided debt but information about the value of it is unavailable. For renewable energy projects in Kazakhstan, a green tariff was introduced, which is indexed for 15 years: 70% of the price - in relation to the tenge-dollar rate, 30% - by the level of annual inflation. EDB also financed the purchase of 95 % of the capital of the company responsible for the development of the project by Hevel Group.
