Nussir Copper-Gold-Silver Project Underground Development

The Nussir underground decline is advancing steadily with 656 metres completed as of November 27, 2025. This development establishes underground access for future mine development, infill drilling, and early-stage infrastructure installation. Early works construction Phase 1 is completed, and Phase 2 is underway including surface area preparation for the main substation and transformer pad. Upgrades to administration, housing, and process plant buildings are in progress. A feasibility study is on schedule with results expected in February 2026, and a final investment decision is targeted for March 2026. A surface directional drilling campaign started in October 2025 to expand the mineral resource estimate and test extensions of high-grade mineralization at depth.
