NYDIG Data Center Expansion at Massena Site

planned

NYDIG, through its affiliate North Country Colocation Services (NCCS), is proposing to expand its data center operations at the Reynolds industrial site in Massena, New York. The expansion involves adding two new data halls on approximately 355 developable acres adjacent to the existing 110-acre data center site. The project will utilize existing approved hydroelectric power capacity and aims to support modern computing and AI infrastructure, replacing existing Bitcoin mining operations. Construction is expected to take around two years on a phased basis, with peak employment of 1,800 to 2,500 workers and about 200 permanent full-time positions once operational.
