The project is expected to reduce CO2 emissions by 1.1 million tonnes annually and consume approximately 1.2 billion m³ of gas per year from the Block B field. It is part of the Block B–O Mon integrated gas-to-power chain, which includes upstream gas field development, midstream pipeline, and downstream gas-fired power plants with a combined capacity of 3,800 MW. |
