Description | The proposed project will improve stormwater and wastewater management by separating the existing, aging combined sewer system in the Humber area of Oak Bay. The project will build new storm sewers and outfalls which will allow the existing combined sewer system to be used exclusively as wastewater sewer. The project works include: - approximately 3.5 km of stormwater pipe with manholes and catch basins; - approximately 120 new service connections; - construction of approximately two new ocean outfalls; and, - related works. |
