The proceeds of the Project will be used to support: (i) the Company’s equity contributions into a joint venture with Tokuyama Corporation for the development of a semiconductor-grade polysilicon production facility in Bintulu, Sarawak, Malaysia; and (ii) the Company’s electricity procurement for its existing operations.
