In general the scope of work includes but is not limited to demolition work associated with the existing room conditions to suit new lab design, the supply and installation of new woodwork as it relates to custom workstations, carpet tile flooring, suspended acoustic tile ceiling, painting, wall covering, gypsum wallboard walls and bulkheads, hardware, security, mechanical HVAC, and electrical work as indicated in the tender drawings and specifications.
